I like the way this product helps our team stay connected in such a variety of ways, and how it integrates seemingly unrelated elements like reviews, messaging, notifications, accolades, and more, all under one unbrella product.
1. The simple interface and toggle to other pages is very nice. 2. The option to applaud co-workers and recognize their hard work is the best feature. 3. The Companies organizational chart helps to understand the hierarchy and reach the right person for any specific requests.
This doesn't integrate with our current HRIS Paycom so we have to do a manual import. The employee photo functionality seems to glitch a decent amount.
There are just inherent product limitations, especially with some of the overall product features like survey, reviewing, etc.
1. The new hire feature should be very much visible and we should receive emails from time to time if any position opens up in our department, which is not the current case. 2. It should integrate with Google Calendar or any other major calendars to directly update the employee status as updated on the Pingboard. 3. It should also integrate with the HR system to properly and easily update the leaves or any other details that may be helpful, which is not present now.
