There is not much support unless you get a good rep, but mostly the reps last 6 months at best with you before they are transferred to a new role. If you are used to a system helping you with things, Paylocity wants you to find the problem and then fix it yourself. Also very outdated, the benefits is VERY complicated. EDI feeds take forever to get set up. All the updates are for the wrong things, like updating the look of the home page, but you still cannot have a field for accrual PTO on the balance left for the year.
