Recently they added Hide Feature for the numeric values in regard to Salary info that is the first one which I like the most. Second one is the document downloading in pdf at every step which really helps to store the doc safely for future reference. And third, not the least is the availability of all relevant information regarding payroll including CTC and other useful forms are always available for every month.
We were able to tie health insurance benefits to the broker and have it integrated with our carrier. Employee 401k retirement contributions are integrated through Paystart 360 (for an extra fee), which is a nice feature. We have conducted two rounds of Performance management which has gone really well from both an employee and management aspect. The mobile app for employees is pretty good and adequate for managers, but it seems like many of the processes are different through the app than as introduced in onboarding.f
Our account manager really makes a big difference. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive. Working through the more complicated requests and issues we are having is easier because of this. The platform is organized in an easy to navigate manner. Additionally, there is a chat feature that has been very helpful. It makes getting assistance for smaller items faster and more efficient.
Not a major one, really. Until some time ago I did not like that just after login all the numbers and figures were visible on screen so we really cannot open the portal in office and in front of everyone however since now that has been resolved it is quite perfect. Second, sometimes I can see that on few navigation full screen is not visible and showing in vertical format which looks bit not good, however rest all is perfect.
Time and Attendance module lacks true templating, the ability to tie employees to medical providers schedules that change constantly, and multiple accrual schedules to tabulate properly. Learning Management system has a lot of promise but is difficult to setup and limited by content and features to help employees envision promotion. Wage withholding and deduction errors have been difficult to determine the root cause
There are some specialty processes that we would like to implement that ADP is unable to assist with. This has led to some frustration as the requests are not that difficult. Our account manager does her best but it feels like the functionality is sometimes unable to keep up with changing HR requirements.
