ADP provides many useful tools to view/manage my pay and compensation and request documents for tax filing. Creating personal performance goals for myself greatly improves my work ethic and helps keep track of where I currently stand with my employer.

The drawback of ADP Workforce Now is that it is very good for standard reporting but when it comes to custom reports analyzing the large data it becomes very hard. Also, learning to use ADP Workforce Now is not very easy for the new user, as it is complex and has many menus and modules so it takes time for the employee to master it.
