As an admin and a user, it comes with the menus and tabs that are required and does not crowd the home screen or menu area with nonsense. It is very dependable, as I have not received many errors or unprecedented shutdowns so far. Mostly for India, it's affordable compared to what it offers. Whether it is payroll, employee data management, or claims, you can configure it as per your organization's requirements. For Optics, it's quite neat and does not confuse you with multiple unwanted options in its functions.

It is very user friendly .It is simple to use & accessible for both HR professionals & employees. Efficiency & Automation- It reduces manual labor & enhance overall efficiency by streamlining HR operations. Highly time saving. Complete HR Solution- A comprehensive range of HR functions, such as payroll management , attendance tracking, leave management etc.

They need to work with the support bot and the options offered to our queries. Most of the time we end up raising a request for support, which is great. The only difficult part is to find user manual and video's on software. Also, there is a need at the admin level to activate or include certain reports that are visible as options. Currently, it needs to go through support.

It is not too Mobile friendly. Reminders of all the events are missing sometimes. It asks for login everytime. It encounters quick logouts.

    My overall experience is excellent, since GreytHR combines multiple HR operations into one platform by providing a broad range of HR management features, such as payroll management, leave management , attendance tracking. It is Safe & Secure in short.Since I have been ardent user of GreytHR for more than 1.5years now.It has the feature for ITR declaration too.

    Leave and Payslip Tracking Application Simplifies HR Processes but Lacks Customization

    It has strong Payroll and Compliance it automates payroll calculations, tax deductions, and Statutory filings like PF, ESI, TDS accurately. It is a complaint with Indian labour laws. It has core HR, attendance, leave management, onboarding, and payroll in one place. This reduces the need for spreadsheets and multiple tools.

    The platform handles payroll, attendance, and basic HR ops pretty well. Attendance regularization and payslip access are quick, and payroll processing is fairly straightforward once everything is set up. Solid platform, zero nonsense and reliable for day-to-day HR ops. If they polish the UX a bit more, it could easily become the go-to HRMS without competition.
