greytHR is the flagship product of Greytip Software Private Limited. It is a full-suite HRMS platform that simplifies, expedites, and even automates complex, recurring, and yet critical functions of HR and Payroll, in a compliant and secure way. greytHR offers productivity tools for better people management, simpler HR processes, and professional delivery of HR and Payroll services. greytHR offers solutions by way of many modules. HR Software,Payroll Software, Leave Management, Attendance Management, Performance Management, Employee Self Service are some of the core modules offered. greytHR modules are seamlessly integrated to simplify all core HR tasks. Data flow in real time between the modules (leave, attendance, payroll, expense claims etc.) ensures the availability of up-to-date information to employees and management alike. greytHR can also be easily integrated with a host of third-party software - accounting, ERP solutions, verification services
and more.

greytHR Pricing

Offers a modular and pay per use based subscription pricing. Generally four plans are available for customers and of which one is a free starter plan with limited access to features. For India customers, pricing is in Indian Rupees and for International customers, USD pricing is available. All pricing particulars including plans, fratures, base prices, per employee per month charges etc., are published in the product product itself.

It offers robust leave and attendance management modules, enables payroll processing within minutes regardless of employee count while ensuring full statutory compliance, and provides an extensive report gallery along with the flexibility to create customized reports - making it a highly efficient and user-friendly solution for every organization. The best part is the cost model where it works like a post paid plan where you process the payroll and the billing would be based on the number of active employees part of the payroll process rather than upfront payment and wondering to feel like nothing can be done. Also, the upfront integration and set-up fees are very minimal as compared to similar competitors' products. I have been using GreytHR since 2007 and have changed organizations in various leadership positions and wherever I go and discuss, GreytHR is my favorite HR platform and a reference to my friends in the same fraternity. I have been using this for around 2 decades now and can definitely vouch for the positive vibes and seamless way of working for all stakeholders.

When I search an employee by name in employee directory or employee profile and write the full name there are random employees reflected in the dropdown who are not even relevant to my search.
