A comprehensive HR platform that streamlines employee on-boarding even before the employee starts with all formalities and documentation by the employee itself before joining, employee check-in/out through the face recognition based Visage app, and automatic daily attendance reconciliation. It offers robust leave and attendance management modules, enables payroll processing within minutes regardless of employee count while ensuring full statutory compliance, and provides an extensive report gallery along with the flexibility to create customized reports - making it a highly efficient and user-friendly solution for every organization. The best part is the cost model where it works like a post paid plan where you process the payroll and the billing would be based on the number of active employees part of the payroll process rather than upfront payment and wondering to feel like nothing can be done. Also, the upfront integration and set-up fees are very minimal as compared to similar competitors' products. I have been using GreytHR since 2007 and have changed organizations in various leadership positions and wherever I go and discuss, GreytHR is my favorite HR platform and a reference to my friends in the same fraternity. I have been using this for around 2 decades now and can definitely vouch for the positive vibes and seamless way of working for all stakeholders.
The payroll module of this product is fantastic and fully compliant.
As an admin and a user, it comes with the menus and tabs that are required and does not crowd the home screen or menu area with nonsense. It is very dependable, as I have not received many errors or unprecedented shutdowns so far. Mostly for India, it's affordable compared to what it offers. Whether it is payroll, employee data management, or claims, you can configure it as per your organization's requirements. For Optics, it's quite neat and does not confuse you with multiple unwanted options in its functions.
1. Limited customization in certain modules - While the platform covers most standard HR processes well, sometimes highly customized workflows find restrictions in adopting forms, approvals, and reports exactly to the need. 2. Mobile App Experience - Features available on the mobile app feel limited as compared to the desktop version, especially for HR and Managers handling approvals and detailed HR tasks. 3. Payroll is dependent on correct master data - Since payroll automation is strong in GreytHR, even small errors in attendance, leave, or employee master data can create payroll issues if not reviewed carefully.
HRIS Database, Expense Module, and Letters Generation Module are amongst the services that I dislike the most.
They need to work with the support bot and the options offered to our queries. Most of the time we end up raising a request for support, which is great. The only difficult part is to find user manual and video's on software. Also, there is a need at the admin level to activate or include certain reports that are visible as options. Currently, it needs to go through support.
