The ability to look at the entire workforce including anticipated turnover, requisitions, current and planned headcount was simply not there for a future look. While it was possible to look at all of this for the past, and SOME of this for the future, the full look was not yet available.

We really enjoy using OrgVue, it provides a level of visibility, modeling, and decision support that's a clear step up from static tools. Orgvue was great for us as it is sophisticated and we were willing to make to invest in process + training.
