Some of the great benefits of using SumTotal within our Organizations are as follows: Such as its user-friendly intuitive interface making it easier for our employees to navigate and engage with the platform reducing the need for extensive training. Again, one of the great strengths of using SumTotal is its customization options which provides us the flexibility to tailor the platform to meet our specific needs. Again, one of the great strengths is the support and resources that have been really invaluable, providing us with timely assistance and guidance during our implementation process.

I like that it is a complete platform where you can have all your HR processes. I also think the integration is relatively easy to do. And finally, if you don't have a platform, this is better than nothing.

While SumTotal by Cornerstone has been a valuable addition to our HR Function, however we seem there could be some areas of improvement as we face occasional technical issues which lead to slow loading time or errors. Again, it's the cost and licensing complexity which makes it challenging to predict and manage costs.

What I dislike most is the lack of customization options, especially when it comes to reports. The reporting functionality feels rigid and doesn't offer enough flexibility to tailor the data to our specific needs. Additionally, the platform is not very user friendly; navigating through the various features can be confusing and the interface feels outdated compared to other modern solutions. This makes it less intuitive and harder to adopt across the organization.

Training reminder emails can be somewhat infrequent resulting in deadlines not being met by employees Analysis of training data can be lacking due to some information being unable to be pulled from the tool
