Performance of Padlet Across Market Features
Padlet Likes & Dislikes
There have been three main strengths as we utilize Padlet: 1. Large offering of unique templates that can fulfill needs for a variety of classroom activities 2. Seamless integration of photos, audio recording, and video recording into various notes allows for multimodal learning and more efficient information sharing 3. The slideshow feature makes it easy to focus on one set of notes at a time when the activity may involve a large number of categories of information
Students enjoy using it.
Simple so I can use it a lot of different ways. Easy for students and teachers to access.
The following areas of improvement remain from our experience with Padlet: 1. When you have a larger number of students working on a Padlet at the same time, it can be easy to accidentally override each other's changes due to lag 2. It is nice to be able to export Padlets to PDF or CSV files to preserve the information offline, but the documents can be overwhelmingly large in the case of larger projects 3. While there is a range of access levels for collaborators, it is an all-or-nothing type of adjustment that cannot otherwise be fine-tuned for individual users
The Padlet-Canvas LTI is too confusing. This could could be a Canvas issue. Once you figure it out, it works fine, but it is much easier to use the embed links. Unfortunately, those don't connect to the Canvas Gradebook.
Only 3 free Padlets but I understand!

Padlet is the G.O.A.T.!
I have been using Padlet since 2015 in my classrom and it is a solid tool to learn to use. I LOVE what Padlet is doing right now- Sandbox, AI image generation, Lesson Plans- I mean AMAZING. Padlet has grown with the times but staying true to it's roots of simplicity. I have relied on Padlet for teaching for a long time now and I love it because it is just so versatile. My students can quickly pick this up and we get to focus on the LEARNING instead of the "click here, click here"...NO TIME WASTED. - Communications AssociateGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source

Revolutionizing Schooling: Interactive and Engaging Platforms for Students
The platform is easy to use for the user, in my case for Middle School students as well as High School ones. It is visual, the graphics and fonts are easy to read, and it works well with Google. - High School Language Arts InstructorGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
Explore the Intuitive and Beneficial AI Tools of Padlet
I have used Padlet for two instructional units this year in my high school language arts classroom. I especially appreciate the intuitive nature of the program. I am not a heavy technology user, and this application makes sense to me as a way to enhance my lessons rather than distract or detract from my lessons.
