3 specific features and strengths that I like most about PartnerStack are as follows: 1) Ease of use: the tool is incredibly easy to use and its UI makes navigating simple. This allows me to accept more partners in my program and communicate with those that have any questions. 2) PartnerStack team: the team has been great to work with. I have a dedicated CSM who is always available to answer any questions via email, calls and even within the Slack channel. Having this type of white glove service allows me to service my partners in a better way as I know I have a direct line of communication with someone on the team just in case I have any issues or questions. 3) Trustworthy: the data has been incredibly accurate and I trust that all my partners are being paid the correct amount for their referral commission. This type of trust on both sides is very important to building a strong partnership and we are rest assured that everything is being handled accurately.

I don't have too many specific issues or weaknesses that I found using PartnerStack. In the past the messaging functionality was a little dated but it has been updated and is great now. One thing however which I dislike is that if my partners have an issue accessing their partner portal e.g the partner owner has changed and they want to add a new user, this can't be done by me. I have to send them to the partnerstack support team. I know they are being taken care of but I would like to have permission to do that as it allows me to keep building partner trust.
Not sure what it does. Expected one thing but got another. Company is slow to respond
Changes in account management can make it difficult to know who will be able to assist us. At times it would be nice to have someone reach out with personalized suggestions on how we can better improve our program. The marketplace value has really not been made useful to us.
