I appreciate how responsive the Skuad team has been in helping us with the requested documents. However, there are several clauses in the drafted employment contract that feel unusual and aren't in the best interest of employees. For example, regarding paid leave terms and conditions--most companies typically allow employees to carry over their unused leave into the next year, with a grace period of about three months before it expires. At Skuad, the paid leave expires immediately when the year changes, and there's no notification on the platform to inform us about this. As a result, we ended up losing some valuable leave days without prior warning.
