The service was quick and straight forward. I made the request and was promptly provided with the clear information I needed, and shortly after it was confirmed that the information I received was correct.
They pay my salary on time
Efficiency in terms of assistance and fast response regarding communication channels, whether the contact has been through the main portal or via email. In parallel, the GP's support team has been astonishing in terms of solving different issues and providing assistance with any questions or troubleshooting that could have happened.
It's hard to point out three things. I really didn't find any specific issues with GP. Generally speaking, it's bad to have a company intermediating things, but compared to past experiences I had a positive outcome.
As already mentioned, missing knowledge on switzerland, especially how things really function with other companies and not only what is written in the law, very bad support, complicated reporting
I would say that I do not like that the platform sometimes displays some options that are not available for my organization due to the acquired plan or that are managed in a different way. For example, the Time & Expenses button sometimes shows up when I'm consulting my details, but after clicking it nothing happens, and I reckon that it is because in my case that section is administered via email. In parallel, I found it a bit uncomfortable that it is not possible for me to quickly query what my main benefits are, derived from my contract, on the portal.
