My overall experience with Rivermate has been very positive. The onboarding was smooth, communication has always been clear and any questions I had were addressed quickly. The platform is easy to use and the support team is consistently reliable.

I am overall satisfied with the services offered by Rivermate. However, compared to the contrat I received from my previous two payroll companies, the health insurance and contractual obligations are less favourable. The coverage is much lower and they didn't recognise the time I've worked with my employer before my contract started with them. On the other hand, I really like the Retirement Savings plan offered by them in partnership.
