Customer support is slow, with an average response time of over 24 hours. They do have a chat interface helpdesk, but even after connecting with a real human, invariably that person cannot answer my specific questions and I end up getting referred to a "specialist" who takes days to respond. It was a frustrating experience during onboarding and the first 6-9 months of using the platform.
