Their customer service is fantastic both on the employer side and the employee side. Their staff is responsive and thorough. Many of our employees have worked with other PEO's and were/are very pleased that we chose to work with Omnipresent.
It's easy to hire, you get a dedicated onboarding manager who knows about the country you're hiring in and gives the relevant information and associated fees quickly. I also love having a dedicated customer services manager to send all my queries to, he either helps out or directs me to the relevant person should that be required.
I like the ability to check-in with a real person, get real answers and customize solutions where needed.
While I acknowledge that Omnipresent is growing all the time, there are some countries that we have staff in that Omnipresent does not have a presence in. This requires us to use another PEO, which is not our preference. Following in the same vein, Omnipresent doesn't have their own staff in some of the countries we have staff in so they need to use employment partners, which is sometimes not as smooth of an experience as it could be with Omnipresent staff.
We are given a spreadsheet of a timesheet and then approve via email, if this could be done on the dashboard that would be great. Also if there was a way to see if there are any anomalies to their week in terms of hours and that was highlighted rather than me looking at it line by line it would be great as it would be a quicker process for me. It doesn't always feel user intuitive on the dashboard, I often find myself in the wrong section when looking for someone's contract or something. It is stand alone, it would be great if there were integrations into the HRIS software that we use.
I like working with Omnipresent, however some of the areas where we work in require a third party vendor to work through and you can be limited with contract negotiations, fees, etc.
