The communication and strong process knowledge of the team carrying out this task for us every month

Fantastic follow-up, follow-through, level of expertise. They make our job much easier as we know that TopSource has our best interests top of mind.

I appreciate the most are the regular check-ins with our customer service manager.

There is still a large amount of manual input involved in the process for TopSource, which can lead to errors and being employees pay, this is a risk, but it would exist whether it was in-house or outsourced.

Ability to address the legal issues in a way that hiring an employee for beyond 18 months in Germany is a better experience for the prospective employee.

I don't have any issues with the product. I'm not sure what can be customized but hope there are more upcoming upgrades to add more features to help our team.

While the company has been using TopSource for the last 6 years, I have only used it in the last 3 since joining. In the first year or so, it was primarily focused on processing payroll. In the last year since TopSource has upgraded their portal it has given us more visibility into managing payroll, time off requests, and onboarding.
