PayPal Enterprise payment has been really helpful, especially because transactions process fast and most of the time very smooth, which saves a lot of headaches. The dashboard is also easy to navigate, so it's not hard to track payments and spot issues quickly. However, there are still things that did not work so well. Sometimes the system feels a bit slow during peak hours, and the support response time can be longer than what we expect for enterprise level. There are also moments when integrating new features takes more effort than it should. Overall, it's a solid tool, but still have some areas that need improvement to make the experience more consistent.

    Our overall experience with PayPal Business Payments is quite positive. What worked very well: the reliability of daily payment processing, the trust associated with the PayPal brand (less friction for customers/partners), and a fairly quick setup using standard tools/APIs.
