The team behind the system are great people and good at solving problems.
1. The system is highly customizable and can handle various commission structures across different roles. 2. The commission calculations are consistently accurate when given the appropriate parameters for the system logic and the default reports and custom reports built during implementation are clear and easy to understand. 3. Any questions or discrepancies are addressed promptly and their account management and support teams are always super helpful and aggressively pursue resolving any issues in a timely manner.
I would like the reporting capabilities to include more functionality -- it would be nice to be able to add custom fields/columns that can perform addition and subtraction at the very least, so we can have a ready-to-deliver professional and polished output. Basing visibility on Job Titles has become difficult for us personally, and we have a bloated amount of job titles to keep track of for dashboards, reports, etc.
The complexity that has been built in our system (not using normal Performio functionality) and all the reporting (dashboards and data extracts for staff)
The only real pain point currently is that there is no limited admin role, so you cant delegate truly administrative functions like creating new participants and deactivating participants to a non-full system admin user, as they would be able to see commission and payment information for everyone in the system. They are supposed to be addressing this soon however.

The people are great and very smart, with the design phase going well, however its taken way too long to get our solution working and many of the things promised up front were not delivered in terms of automated agreements and reporting. we are nearly two years in and we still dont have the portal open to our staff due to substandard reporting (payables, history etc) as well as limitations on the dashboard reporting. The reporting outputs are very important in our business and the dashboards that have been built as well as the output reports that have been created in our instance are well below any standard in the current days (no header rows, no page numbers, no logos, no subtotals and no way of creating any of the above...).
