What is Persado?

The Persado Motivation AI platform enables enterprise marketers in Finserv, Retail, and Travel to more rapidly generate and optimize personalized content that engages customers through email, web, SMS/push, social, and IVR at scale. The platform uses machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning transformer models to understand copy intent and create messages that motivate consumer action. Persado’s AI is trained on a large specialized dataset of interaction and transaction data from 1.2 billion consumers and measures and refines language, emotional response, and engagement. Integrations with the enterprise martech stack enable the Persado model to continuously learn. The platform ingests brand guidelines, includes pre-built segments (or users may upload their own segments) and is deployed within a few weeks. Persado has been evaluated, audited, and adopted by global banks and credit card issuers for generating brand, regulatory and legal compliant content.

I love the simplicity of the product and how easy it has been to onboard our agency/new team members. I also think that the AI itself is very smart and does a great job of working with our brand voice and target customers.

My three standout features of the platform include adaptability (very easy to adapt campaign experiment requests to fit the everchanging needs of the client), tenacity (never in my career has the word no been uttered to me by Persado) and reliability (Persado does not make mistakes. I'd knock on wood, but it's not necessary.)

Dislike

I don't have any major complaints about the service - we have had a lot of luck with Persado since I've joined the organization.

I understand that I need to mention at least three dislikes in this section - my only available option at this time is that I dislike how my brand's budget constraints do not allow deeper integration with Persado. There is nothing to dislike about the product and service provided.

1. this product is manual for us to set-up within campaigns (no integration with our sms vendor), 2. think attached emotions aren't always intuitive or the most in-line with company goals 3. wish there was a better ai implementation for generating more suggestions if we need to pivot message (i.e., promo changes, not happy with what was given)

    The main reason behind my rating is how thoroughly Persado's employees seem to be constructed of rubber, as their ability to bend over backwards to meet the needs of their clients is second-to-none.
