Rewards system for sure! Very easy to use and motivating!
The application is a bit slow and there are some navigation issues while operating the application.
- Gamification - Whilst many colleagues enjoy point-based activities that some feel deliver a rewarding part of the day, to me, these can feel demeaning when handling high-stress situations or seeking additional support. - Corporate subscriptions are also a point of concern as to who in the organisation has visibility into personal records
1. Navigation isn't as intuitive as one might think 2. Lack of challenges or at least types of challenges 3. I'm not a huge fan of the functionality as it seems too complex

My overall experience with the app has been positive. After being recommended the platform in conjunction with a stress-management course - I completed an apprenticeship programme including demanding university study - I found new ways to manage stress previously unavailable to me. The app encourages regular check-ins and involvement, tracking features to record your efforts to stress management. While the app/experience itself does do a good job of providing that streamlined experience for employees, I'm not sure the value balances out the cost of the vendor.
