Prior to the pandemic, we offered employees a gym membership benefit at a local gym. The membership was a popular benefit but was very expensive and not widely utilized. In 2022, we transitioned to Incentfit to allow us to provide employees with a more flexible fitness reward. Instead of a blanket membership to a single gym, employees now have the ability to choose whatever activity they prefer and get rewarded for being active, instead of simply having a gym membership that they may or may not use. From an administration standpoint, the implementation has been flawless. The payroll file arrives on the first of each month and importing it with ADP has been seamless.
