The FP&A planning software is fine, it has a fancy looking UI. I don't think it is optimized well on a web base and I think it looks user friendly but for more complex work it doesn't work the best, unless you have a fundamental understanding of coding / data structures

Agile and scalable, but requires disciplined architectural oversights
Pigment offers an incredibly powerful calculation engine that has significantly leveled up our modeling capabilities. However, there is a steep learning curve regarding formula logic and architecture management to grasp the full potential of the platform. We encountered some early-stage hurdles and 'bad practices' because the platform allows for flexibility that can lead to pitfalls if the initial architecture isn't strictly managed. The silver lining is the platform's agility; it is easy to patch and evolve existing models without total rebuild. Our primary forward-looking focus is ensuring our architectural foundation is robust to support upcoming Ai agent integrations.
