as mentioned in my previous answer, product lifecycles are due to make communication/process easier for us as a trading function. I find the recent activity section helpful, but I do find it could give more information. We also find the expert function very helpful for checking incorrect product information and easy for categorization. The append replace has caught a few people out, but when training new users we try to make it as clear as possible. As said before, I find the customer service to be one of the best Vs other product info management services I have worked with.

I wish product activity had more, for some attributes it shows code information rather than the name which makes it difficult to trace back especially when a user has made a mistake. The other thing which I think may be useful is a duplication tool for certain aspects, such as size guides, recently we have had to manually remake size guides as there was an update to the leg lengths. Finally on size guides, it would be extemely useful if you could make them more interactive, such as being able to add in columns/rows wherever, not just to the end. Being able to delete columns/row, currently you have to click on each cell to remove data and become time consuming.

We are still in the process of implementing the system so haven't been able to test it's full capacity at this point.
