Bad experience overall. Product shouldn't be advertised as a BPM, but rather as a case manager. IT does not have adequate capabilities of handling scaling processes, and automation tools are incredibly inadequate and hard to use.

For ver simples processes, it's fairly use to set up and get it running

Easy to set-up and modify. Not too expensive. Templates.

Cost can be high, which might be a drawback for some businesses

Product does not deliver the promised BPM capability. The pricing structure is also a disaster (besides licenses for users, they also charge for volume of automations run, which is not properly disclosed prior to hiring the tool).

Education on how to use the product. I feel like you are on your own - but there are resources out there - you just have to wade through them.

Overall it has been a positive experience implementing and using Pipefy. I primarily use the product for approvals to changes in systems where we need proper documentation.
