The user interfaces are quart user friendly users of all levels can easily use the product. It is a every convenient platform making survey designs in the format we want. When we have questions about the products, we can get very fast responses. This allows us to continue without getting stuck while using the product. Being able to measure the feedback left by our customers with the unique reports provided by Pisano allows us to gain many insights into the future.
We categorize our customers' post-shopping experiences using AI-powered text analysis. This helps us find the good and difficult parts of the shopping experience. With support from AI and suggestion from Pisano, we improve our business processes.
Negative comments are assigned to the responsible people immediately. This helps us follow them in the best way. We can get detailed reports and the quality of user support is good.
I haven't encountered anything negative so far.
We couldn't get reviews from the Apple Store and Google Play Store before but with the new update, now we also report this process. Thanks Pisano.
It would be nice if we could add colors for each user. For example, feedback from person A can be red, and feedback assigned to person B can also be blue.
