I have used Planview PPM Pro for close to seven years now and I crown it for offering an offline access feature that allows me to plan and track task and project progress without internet connection for later synchronization.

It is a good tool to manage timelines with robust reporting capabilities. However, the user interface is confusing for new users and not intuitive. As a PPM tool it lacks resources, particularly regarding user experience, implementation speed, and specific execution capabilities.
