The product is very accessible and easy to use and offers great possibilities for reporting. It is also a great showcase during external audits.
Especially the wide range of functions available in the tool. We do not need different services providers, we have a complete solution with Prewave.
The value of transparency, the outstanding support and the engagement with customers
Data quality in regards of company names (often not as registered, makes it more difficult to find the correct one), duplicate site and site groups, Not really the product's fault, but system imminent lack of information for small companies
That we are currently unable to filter all our data in combination (e.g. commodties our/supplier region/country, spend, ...)
Not super clear what the platform can offer and what the added services/functionalities cost
