Our experience with the Exiger team and the 1Exiger platform has been overwhelmingly positive and has quickly transformed how we identify and manage third party risk. What initially drew us to the platform was the strength of the proprietary and premium data sets, but it quickly became clear this was more than just a data solution. The way the platform brings together data, AI, and workflow UI quality has materially changed how our teams manage risk day to day. 1Exiger's AI-driven matching has significantly reduced false positive hits, which has been especially helpful as our reviews are more focused and teams can spend time where it adds more value. What can we say about the engagement and implementation teams? The team have been exceptional partners throughout the process. They have taken the time to understand our challenges, provide practical guidance, and consistently go beyond what we would expect from a typical vendor relationship. This level of partnership has helped to ensure the solution is not only implemented but is truly impacting the success of our organization.

The Apex portal works well overall. Problems exist in supplier ease-of-use, and a low hit rate on bank account verification.

From my perspective as a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Analyst, my overall experience with SAP Ariba has been positive, especially after the C2 transition stabilized. Reliability and uptime have been strong for core procurement activities (intake, approvals, PR/PO processing, invoice handling), and the platform has supported business continuity well once users were aligned to the new process controls. Reliability & Uptime: During the C2 go-live period, the team had to enforce the new PO number usage for invoicing (Wave 2 communication), I saw that if a supplier invoice did not include the updated PO number, it could not be processed and had to be reissued. This control improved data quality and our monitoring, but created short-term operational friction. After the freeze-period communications, we had to push unsubmitted invoices through Accounts Payable quickly to avoid payment delays. This showed that the platform could support return-to-BAU, but only with disciplined coordination/assessment between PCOs, AP, and supplier communications. Support Quality: Support channels were clearly defined (procurement support paths, AP support paths, role-based resources), and that helped incident management and users resolve issues faster. I have directly observed that role-specific job aids and training resources have reduced incidents and repeated tickets for common topics (approvals, status tracking, invoice handling, access). Integration Success: I observed effective integration of Ariba operating processes with SSO, role provisioning through SAM approvals and dual user experience (Guided Buying and Classic UI) for different user types. Industry-observed: Enterprise procurement platforms perform best when access governance, approval routing, and invoice control standards are enforced consistently.

In my role managing quality and operational performance across multiple global manufacturing sites, my experience with Coupa has been centered on building a reliable digital representation of our end-to-end supply chain that we can actually use for continuous assessment and decision support. We configured the model around real elements such as plant nodes, supplier locations, transportation lanes, and production constraints tied to specific product families, which allowed us to move away from isolated spreadsheet-based analysis and toward a more connected view of the network. What made a measurable difference for us was the ability to run solver-based analytics on these configured models and evaluate how material flows across regions under different constraints. For example, we were able to simulate shifts in production between plants when capacity thresholds were reached, and then validate whether those shifts were realistic from a cost and logistics standpoint. That type of structured evaluation significantly improved how we approached decisions that affect multiple facilities. We also incorporated periodic model runs as part of our monitoring process. Instead of treating the model as a one-time study, we used refreshed datasets (demand, rates, capacities) to reassess performance and identify emerging risks. This became especially valuable for incident management, where we could quickly test alternatives when a supplier or lane was disrupted. The built-in visualizationsuch as network flow maps and node utilizationhelped us communicate these scenarios clearly to site teams and leadership, which improved alignment across regions. Overall, the platform has proven effective, but only because we invested heavily in keeping the model synchronized with real operational data.

Our overall experience has been strongly positive. The platform has become a core component of our digital supply chain risk management strategy, supporting our need for global risk anticipation, real-time incident visibility and proactive mitigation across our protein and food supply chains. With the tight coupling between our EA incident monitoring and our internal Emporion Control Tower ecosystem ( VTS, ERP, TMS integration), EA plays a central role in helping us maintain resilience from farm to fork.
