Once the setup is done, you don't have to contribute much to it manually until the time of major change in the overall architecture. I feel this is one of the great points I like.
Integration was ok within our Palo environment. Deep application traffic visibility. Metrics are excellent for upper management reporting.
simple to use and connect.
So far nothing much about to dislike in the product but this should allow other domain apart from registered domain to support and raise ticket. In MSSP team find difficulty.
A little complicating. Some metrics are not very clear as to why. We needed to make other changes to get better visibility we were not aware of.
support isnt fully up to speed on the platform and we have had to work through our issues.
