If there is something we want to change or we see something that needs to be addressed it is a quick request. This service meshes well with the other services offered by Proficio. Services are a lot like hitting the Easy Button once everything is implemented. The monthly reporting is great and would be very helpful if we had more issues in getting to the root issues.

A Great Partner for MDR and More.
We are a multi-year customer of Proficio MDR and utilize multiple Proficio services. Proficio offers MDR services using a number of EDR platforms and the whole process from start to finish was unique. We worked out the software of choice for our organization, agreed to a contract, implemented and have had an overall great experience since. As part of our due diligence during our partnership, we re-evaluated our relationship by examining alternatives and have returned to Proficio for all services and added additional ones. The overall approach of Proficio is very customer centric and results in a bespoke solution for your organization.
