Yardview is easy to work with. I manage 2 yard locations for Sonoco, and Yardview support is awesome to work with in both locations. Company rep jumps on any issues or questions I call about, and finds a solution quickly. When he is unavailable, the other person steps in and gets things done as well.

In my opinion, the process of working with the suppplier goes very well, there is no problem with assistance in case of problems or need to clarify issues. Frequent updates ensure that we need the features we are missing. The system has made a huge difference to our warehouse, thanks to which we have a structured schedule of warehouse operations and have eliminated the problem of quening cars.

We use JDA AWR to replenish our 25 warehouses across the US. We used the desktop application. I do find it very user friendly and easy to teach users how to use. JDA holds an abundant of information for our skus, however we believe the reforecasting calculation could be better. Replenishment stems from a good forecast, which is the most time consuming element of replenishing using JDA as the forecast it generates are not always the strongest.
