Quality of people and engagement. Always deal with the same core team, with access to all levels. 4. Impact on business transformation. Really helped us define and structure a team and adapt our ways of working.
What I dislike most is its complexity during the initial setup and the learning curve involved. Apart from this, the performance of crm sometimes be slow, especially when handling large datasets or complex integrations.
Nothing as such worth mentioning
1. Some challenges communicating with offshore development team; this primarily relates to cultural alignment manifesting in what can sometimes feel like acquiescence. 2. Latency in team resouce movements. Some issues with rotating in new team members in a timely manner. 3. Some early quality concerns, though these are quickly reducing.
