We have been pleased with our move to the Pulpstream platform. We moved from Presagia, a software that was discontinued in 2024. After looking at several different vendors we selected Pulpstream for its UI and ease of use, functionality provided, and the price point. It was important for us to have file feeds for LOA and attendance records from our HRIS to Pulpstream, as well as a system that could run our company-level leave policies concurrently with Federal and State regulations. We also needed as system that would allow us to generate the monthly billing invoices for medical benefit premiums for our union employees. It has streamlined the entire process, given us many hours of transactional time back, and enabled us to keep the leave process in-house. This last item was also important to us. Outsourcing would not only have been more expensive, but also much less personal. When an employee or a family member is seriously ill, they should get a little handholding. Pulpstream helps us do just that.
