Overall the experince is quite nice but yes there are some issues with the mobile app on which they should work.

It's easy to reach the support team and get the necessary guidance, but specific contacts at the company constantly seem to turn over and leave, resulting in the need to rebuild the relationship with a new subject matter expert all over again.

What could be improved is flexibility in some reports and customisations. Sometimes advanced reporting requires extra work. Also, the initial set up takes time if you want everything aligned with internal policies. Overall Personio has helped us organize our HR and company processes better and increase transparency across the company.

edays is a comprehensive leave management system and I am using this software for 3 years. While this app seems to broader capabilities, we use this primarily for leave/absence management. The software works well and is excellent for leave tracking for managers

Calamari is a rather simple and straightforward system that factors in various labor laws and custom leave policies per company. It's really nice to have leave requests and approvals occur in an automatic process flow. However, project tracking is rather limited and report customization is lacking as well.
