PwC has been very co-operative and flexible in working along with my company for SAP implementation projects for several companies in Lotte group during the past a few years. Every project was different in terms of gaps between my company's internal capability and cliets' requirement. PwC has always been active in finding and filling those gaps to successfully deliver "entire" projects instead of dividing its own work scope and confining itself within the boundary. I do not have any unsatifactory experience with PwC yet.

PWC bought real Enterprise and Solution architecture to the project and continue to do so. This element has been missing from all the other vendors I have dealt with. We have also used their services to help define and document our Enterprise Roadmaps, bringing a significant jump in the maturity of content. PWC has also been very good partners, a better level of a partnership than I have experienced with the vendor community. The technical expertise they have bought in has been of a very high caliber. In short, I get a complete view of all the moving parts of any solution I have them perform the Architecture assessement on.
