The initial implementation was straightforward and I like their team which always helps with our requests and makes everything work as smoothly as possible.

- Access Control - Visibility to Admin - Integration possibility

The scripting and expression syntax allows us to mold data to a lot of customer requirements, where in other tools you may require a second technology to do so.

We would like to have more step-by-step instructions via video format on top of the typical help articles.

- Not a user-friendly tool - Not very customizable, call it rigid in UI - Poor or no customer support for admin users

Limited visualizations. It's hard to handle very large apps. Scalability is not always great, as with many users performance can be noticeably impacted.

The overally experience has been quite good. There are some limitations which I believe are being addressed in Qlik Cloud, such as visualizations that required extensions. Performance wise, it could be slightly better, but I guess it can be due to the infrastructure in my company.
