I like the customization options for personalized chat experiences based on audience definitions, and I like that it can remember previous interactions or visitor behavior to attempt to suggest relevant content or answers.
The fact that you can see what the prospect is browsing, typing and looking at on the website in real, live time is game changer. So much better than other AI Chat tools out there.
The easy of use
I still encounter some hallucinations or incorrect interpretation of information when interacting with the AI chat persona. I think there is room for improvement in accuracy and engagement based on personalized history. I would also like to be able to build more personalized journeys for different funnel
Sometimes the UI can be a bit buggy, for example, it shows me sometimes that there are no prospects live on the website but when I open my phone app of Qualified it shows me that there are. So that could definitely be improved on
The only thing that comes to mind is that it offers demo meeting instead of first intro/disco meeting. Meeting email lacks content, but this is found in the Slack message.
