Consistent look and feel across the modules, so that as managers gain comfort in one aspect, those skills enable them to quickly pick up how other areas work. For example, we started by implementing 1 on 1 meetings. Employees and leaders have gotten used to how they navigate that process and the procedure to get full completion. When we added our talent review process into Quantum, the look of the pages was familiar and acclimation of that process seemed relatively quick.

Quantum tools have a variety of features, but the clear standouts are identifying possible skill gaps, recognizing training needs, and tracking your progress the whole way.
Customization is not easy, and if you have processes in place, it may be hard to make Quantum align with established processes. The goals module is meant to support very large organizations and can feel needlessly cumbersome for simple goal development and tracking.

Like similar tools, sometimes the build out of your organization can be a lengthy process. We are tricky in structure, so getting the right organizational charts in place to provide the right tools and performance management can be time consuming.
