Great AI for talent mobility, but prepare for a tough initial setup.
To be completely honest, getting Cornerstone's AI career pathing module off the ground was a pretty big headache for our HRIS team at first. We wanted to move away from using static spreadsheets for employee development, and the AI is super smart at connecting the dots between an employee's current skills and where they could go next. The backend setup was rough and took a lot of manual data mapping, which is why my overall rating isn't a perfect score. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 just because the end result for the employees is definitely worth the initial pain of setting it up.
