“Navigating the Trade-off: New Features vs Crafted Support for Experienced Users”
The product is easy to use and has great features. I find the weekly meeting we have with one of the technical reps to be really helpful as our rep is able to provide much better and creative support than the typical support system. What I find frustrating is when the company works towards making advancements in areas that are more helpful for beginners or to lure people into using the product while focusing less on improving the features they already have out there for more experienced users.
