I have been using Kissflow for about a year now. Our team supports supply chain operations, where the nature of work is highly dynamic, and that is what opened the door to Kissflow. Over the past year, Kissflow has made a noticeable difference in how we handle our day to day work. Before implementing Kissflow, many of our workflows were managed through emails and excel sheets, which made follow-ups difficult and slowed down decision-making. After implementing Kissflow, these processes became more organized and involved much less manual effort. The tool is user-friendly and has a low-code approach, which allows us to adjust approval flows quickly based on dynamic business needs, without depending on IT teams. Features like automated alerts and live status updates have helped us reduce turnaround time and made accountability much clearer within the team. There are a few areas where the tool could be more flexible. For example, there is no option to connect our BI tool with Kissflow, which is gating us from building more workflows and automations. That said, the Kissflow team is working on overcoming these limitations and making it a robust workflow automation tool. Whenever we have needed support, the Kissflow support team has been responsive and helpful in implementing the customizations. Overall, based on my personal experience, Kissflow has been a great tool for automating manual workflows, enabling operational automation and making business users life easier.
