The system allows our team better visibility into our data & their team consistently helps us find ways to save.
Their attention to our needs and their team that manages our telecom services is the number one reason that we went with their services. As you can imagine the telecom vendors are not very attentive and any interaction takes a lot of effort. RadiusPoint has been able to take this work off of our plates. Their in-house software, ExpenseLogic, is used daily by our team for the proper allocation of lines, circuits and expenses which has made our inventory and accrual files easier to complete each month. Our locations have been able to receive more detail on their lines and circuits, wireless users and services which has made this easier to manage. The monthly line item audit has saved us time and money with a positive ROI which has enhanced the experience.
Ease of use, information gathering and the return on investment

We need to provide the coding for new lines when we request that the lines are ordered by RadiusPoint. It would be nice for RadiusPoint to code these lines however they have a policy that requires prior approval before setting up new services. Our circuit invoices are managed by RadiusPoint and we would love for them to provide the managed services however, they do not provide this service. During our set up we opted to postpone the audit and inventory of our services so that we could start the monthly invoice processing and in hindsight we should have let them perform the inventory at the beginning to minimize the amount of work.
