Data quality and support stand out, but mobile usability is limited.
The platform is reliable, and the data quality is good. The service from the BPO and the project manager during implementation was excellent. Maintenance and operational support continue to be fast and good. However, the performance is not ideal. It's not very user-friendly. The lack of a mobile version significantly impacts our operations.
