We use AppFolio software for property and real estate management. The software is a dependable and scalable solution for property management. It ensures seamless advertisement management, CRM, email marketing and general contact management. Through use of the product we are able to conduct rent tracking, maintenance management, billing and invoicing. AppFolio enables to keep all records of our customers' communication and saves us time by automating all property management processes. Integration of the software with other systems such as AppWork, Flex and Procurify is smooth.

Our ButterflyMX rep has been helpful and knowledgeable from the very first phone call. Now that we are in the installation phase the support hasn't stopped and they have been helpful in ways we didn't think we needed them.
