Very thorough coverage of security items and once you get familiar with the interface and where things are located, provides a ton of information for company security teams to get the level of knowledge and background needed to respond to alerts and incidents.

Red Canary has greatly improved our security team's (me and one other guy) efficiency. They cut through the noise and provide relevant threats and investigatory information.
Some of the web console tabs are a bit cumbersome and takes a little bit to understand where everything was located - but after using the console for a week or so, things can into view. What was being monitored from an integrations perspective could be a bit more detailed - for example, some of the integrations Red Canary is only looking for alerts from those tools and not building their own alerts, tooling, etc around some of the less standard integrations such as Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.

1. There is no auto-remediation for Identity, but we are told it's coming Q1 2026. 2. We would like more control over which alerts users receive when added to the portal. Currently, users are added, then they choose which notification to opt in/out. 3. Clicking links within the portal always seems to open a new tab. Deep diving can often result in many open tabs per threat. An auto refresh of the published threats page would be helpful for real-time monitoring of the portal.

The entire process from demo to negotiations to deployment to daily use has been seamless. Literally nothing to complain about at this point. The cost was exactly as negotiated/described. Alert System Offers Write-Ups But Limited Guidance for Software Issues
I do like Red Canary, I wish there were a little more rather than just alerts that I could set up but I think it is designed that way so customers dont have to do much. Usually our calls are oh nothing is happening and thats really it.
