What I love most about Regie.ai is how easily it creates personalized content. It understands tone, audience, and contextmaking writing emails or social posts faster and stress-free. Its like having a writing assistant that just gets it.

The primary ares of concern have been over contact quality and messaging. The quality of contact data coming from Regie was rated poor by the team. The phone numbers were not for the right people or did not work. This can limit the reach or positive ROE of Regie, especially because Regie puts high emphasis on call tasks. The CSM is always encouraging that as the most important step in the process. Sellers got frustrated though. I'll note that Regie does also offer the ability to connect others instead of Regie's contact data. When it comes to messaging, there is a lot that a customer can control and customize to get better AI outputs. That said, our team was more impressed by the outcomes in other similar tools.
At times, the content suggestions feel a bit genericespecially for niche or technical topics. Its usually easy to tweak, but I wish the AI adapted better to those specific cases upfront.

Regie is a solid tool, if you can unlock its full potential
Our company has liked Regie, but not loved Regie. The sales team likes using Regie for email writing. The results for other campaigns/agents have been more mixed. This is partly to do with things we did or did not do internally. If some early campaigns had shown more promise, we would have gotten better buy-in from the jump.
