AWFUL CUSTOMER CARE AVOID!
Our previous MD signed us up for this, paid xx in US Dollars for the set up and then left. I have tried on numerous occassions to get a demo and training on this product. Our annual renewal is up and we had to go again with licenses on the understanding that they would reduce the number of licences we had as we didnt know how to use it and that training would then be given. We have paid and now have been told no training is available. Disgusting
