For new users, there is a lack of training materials and it is difficult for them to understand the tactics and usage of Configure One. We deal with its high maintenance cost which was one of its drawbacks. Our few group members receive an error of license restriction in Configure One Pro with no further details. When establishing user access to automate some order-generating procedures, there were several limitations.
Poor customer care, oversold and over promised what we could have and now very disappointed with a huge hole in my P&L
The main thing I didn't like about the CPQ software was how rigid it was. It's extremely difficult to customize for specific purposes. The cost of this CPQ platform is more expensive than another platform otherwise it is a great tool. Moreover, It automated our sales process that incredibly boosted our profit and productivity of our company without any effort.

AWFUL CUSTOMER CARE AVOID!
Our previous MD signed us up for this, paid xx in US Dollars for the set up and then left. I have tried on numerous occassions to get a demo and training on this product. Our annual renewal is up and we had to go again with licenses on the understanding that they would reduce the number of licences we had as we didnt know how to use it and that training would then be given.
