- ITRM has helped us go from well-organized spreadsheets to an application where the risk, controls, and assessments can be connected and then integrated to the IT applications that they govern. - We no longer have separate work books for each application and system this has saved us days of time in workshops and working sessions. Along with the risk calculations being available from previous risk assessments is easier to inform the current conversation about evaluating a new risk. - collaboration across IT and the business is now easier and the stakeholders are identified so this makes meeting invites and delegation clearer.

The implementation of the risk management software was highly successful and fully met our expectations. Thanks to the excellent implementation approach and strong support provided by the vendor, the project was completed successfully ahead of the originally planned schedule. A key success factor was the regular on-site presence of the vendor's consultants, which ensured close coordination, fast decision-making, and effective knowledge transfer throughout the project. In addition, the vendor's team demonstrated a very high level of expertise and professionalism, which significantly contributed to the smooth execution of the implementation. Another important factor was the functionality and maturity of the software itself. The solution could be implemented largely close to the standard, minimising the need for customisations and reducing complexity and risk. Overall, the collaboration with the vendor was excellent, and the project can be considered a best-practice example for an efficient and successful software implementation.

Logicgate Risk Cloud is a good, comprehensive GRC tool. However, its BIGGEST downfall is their lack of AI adoption. They have a product called Spark AI, but it is in its infancy and doesn't compare to other GRC tools being offered today. For example, in their IT Controls Audit application, it does not have the ability to use AI to check the uploaded evidence, review it for gaps, or recommend corrective action plans.
