“Ongoing Delay In Rocketlane Integration Preventing Full Adoption Since Contract Signing”
We purchased the product Rocketlane because of its ability to integrate with HubSpot and Quickbooks Online. The contract was signed in July 2025 and we are in December 2025 and we are still not using the product because the integrations are still not complete. The team we are working with to accomplish the integration has been dedicated, knowledgeable, and responsive. They seem to be out of their element in this real business situations. Cultural and communication differences between the U.S. and India are also contributing to the issues.

Custom Report Failures Require Repeated Escalations for Resolution
The team is great and is very responsive. We have lingering issues with the reporting solution and some of the basic reports just stops working and we have to escalate a few times to get them fixed.
