Aside from the level of security and configurability, the Rubrik platform is easy to use and understand. One thing I appreciate is that they follow the same patterns for every type of resource that you want to protect which makes it easier to design and implement solutions.
1. This platform ensures that backups can't be altered or deleted - Provides a strong level of protection. 2. User Friendly interface. 3. Automation features reduce manual efforts.
Rubrik is easy to use and fast RTO, also the support is decent.
The platform is very flexible, which can be a double edged sword. You need to be careful not to end up with a one-off scenario that few customers rely on. What I find in these scenarios is that support can be tricky. One thing that surprised me is that most of the product team only works India business hours. This can be challenging if you are on the other side of the world and need to interact with the product team, which is more likely to happen if you are using one of these one-off scenarios.
1. Limited customization 2. Inconsistent support experience 3. Steep Learning curve for initial setup
Not fully integrated with cloud services, they have a workaround but it's not natively integrated.
