we have recently implemented Sage AP Automation, which is a user friendly interface. The platform makes it easy to streamline account payable processes, save time and reduce manual errors.
Invoicing is pretty easy . Importing invoices into sage is seamless. Good AP tracking
Amount of customisation we have been able to do across our multiple entities on board has been great.
Creating reports can be challenging and is not as user friendly as we'd like it to be. Sage does not have any budget processing tools.
That I have to open a past month in order to apply a payment they may have been missed.
Some staff have found elements a bit difficult to learn. still requiring a few separate reports outside of the system.
