The level of customer service is truly one every company should strive towards. The team is knowledgeable and willing to listen and suggest ways to improve.
I really enjoy the system flexibility and low code tools allowing us to build and automate almost any business process.
That I can mold its functions to work in every department in my company. I also love the look and feel of the product. I have very high user engagement for the first time with this product.
Waiting for package deliveries can take a little getting used to however the team does a great job of differentiating between items that require immediate action and what can wait for the weekend package.
It would be great to get more flexible capabilities to calculate multifactor quotes. As far as we know, this functionality is available in new releases, so we are looking forward to testing it once we have a system update.
Microsoft integration works but can be buggy.

Creatio has been a great CRM for user adaptation and has a beautiful UI. Its extremely user friendly and intuitive. Object creation, layout edits, dashboards, and reporting are also well done in Creatio.
